Åland is a hub for ferries from Sweden, Finland and Estonia and has also its own airport so getting there is relatively easy.

As a special arrangement for people arriving from the Scandinavian countries (Sweden, Denmark and Norway) and others who would find it easy to get to the Stockholm airport on Wednesday afternoon we will provide two chartered buses directly from Arlanda to the ferry-port of Kapellskär. The buses will leave from Arlanda at 13:00 and 18:00. The latest ferry leaves from Kapellskär at 20:00 and arrives in Mariehamn at 23:00 (it's a two hour trip but we'll be crossing a time-zone).

On Friday the ferry leaves at 13:00 from Mariehamn and arrives 14:15 at Kapellskär. Again the bus will be there to bring you directly to Arlanda airport.

If you wish to use the chartered buses, please indicate this on the registration form. There will be a charge of € 40.00 per person for the bus (please note that the charge does not include the cost of the ferry crossing).
