Fees

Fees are as follows:

For members of one of the Nordic PUGs: € 500.00 + VAT
For non-members: € 600.00 + VAT
See note below concerning VAT

Nordic PUGs includes the following PUGs: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Norway, Russia and Sweden.

The fees shown includes the following:

• Attendance at the conference
• Hotel accommodation (Wednesday and Thursday nights)
• Breakfast (Thursday and Friday mornings)
• Lunch on Thursday (not Friday)
• Coffee, water, soft drinks, fruit, cakes, etc (Thursday and Friday)
• Dinner and the Festive Event on Thursday evening
• Some drinks for Thursday evening

If you wish to take advantage of the bus service from Arlanda to the ferry-port of Kapellskär, this is available for an additional fee of € 40.00 return. Please indicate on the booking form if you want to use the bus service and pick the outgoing service that you want to use (13:00 or 18:00 departure from Arlanda). Please note that the bus for the return trip will meet the 14:15 ferry arrival at Kapellskär.

Important Note concerning VAT

VAT at 23% will be added to the fees shown above.

If you are registered for VAT in Finland, you will be able to reclaim this VAT in the normal way.

If you are registered for VAT in another EU country, please make sure that you provide your VAT registration number on the registration form.  If you do, we will be able to invoice you net of VAT.  If you do not provide your VAT registration number, we will have to assume that you are not registered for VAT and will add 23% VAT to your invoice.
